Scholarship Application Closes Friday, June 6th
INFORMATION:
Form is to be filled out by the athletes high school baseball coach. There will be 2-4 scholarships awarded by All State/WSBCA the evening of the Hall of Fame Banquet. Each scholarship will be worth $500.00 and will be awarded on the criteria listed below. Please complete the form for the player you are nominating. Scholarship recipients will be selected by the Coaches Association Board of Directors.
Scholarship winners will be judged on the following criteria:
Dedication: Displayed exemplary dedication to the program and its goals through selfless commitment and sacrifice to the team.
Merit: A player that overcame adversity to achieve exceptional levels of performance.
Service: Not only service on the diamond, but to both school and community while excelling on the field.
Support: Scholarship awarded based on financial need in order to fulfill college goals.
